Overview

The Content Planning feature helps you:

  • Generate Content Ideas: AI-powered suggestions based on your data
  • Identify Gaps: Find topics you're missing
  • Plan Calendar: Schedule content production
  • Track Progress: Monitor from idea to publication
  • Measure Impact: See results after publishing

Content Ideas

Generating Ideas

  1. Navigate to Content → Ideas
  2. Click "Generate Ideas"
  3. AI analyzes your data:
    • Keywords without dedicated pages
    • High-impression, low-click queries
    • Competitor content gaps
    • Trending topics in your niche

Idea Cards

Each idea includes:

Managing Ideas

  • Accept: Move to your calendar
  • Modify: Edit title, keywords, notes
  • Reject: Remove from suggestions
  • Save for Later: Keep in backlog

Adding Content to Calendar

  1. Click on a date
  2. Fill in content details:
    • Title
    • Target keywords
    • Assigned author
    • Target publish date
    • Notes
  3. Save

Content Gap Analysis

What is a Content Gap?

A content gap is:

  • A keyword you rank for but don't have a dedicated page
  • A topic competitors cover but you don't

Running Gap Analysis

  1. Go to Content → Gap Analysis
  2. Select your property
  3. Click "Analyze"
  4. Review identified gaps
