Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Glarify Affiliate Program. By participating in our program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our affiliate program offers a 40% recurring commission on all paid subscriptions generated through your unique referral links.

• Commission Rate: 40% recurring commission on all paid plans
• Payment Schedule: Monthly payments for qualifying commissions
• Minimum Payout: $50 minimum balance required for payout
• Cookie Duration: 60-day attribution window
• Payment Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or Stripe

As a Glarify affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Glarify honestly and accurately
• Use only approved marketing materials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in spam or unsolicited marketing
• Disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law
• Not bid on Glarify brand keywords in paid search

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals or creating accounts to earn commissions
• Cookie stuffing or fraudulent traffic generation
• Trademark infringement or brand impersonation
• Adult content or inappropriate website associations
• Spamming social media or email lists
• Incentivizing sign-ups through cash or gift rewards

We use industry-standard tracking technology to monitor affiliate performance:

• Unique affiliate links for accurate tracking
• Real-time reporting dashboard
• 60-day cookie attribution window
• Last-click attribution model

• Payments are processed monthly, within 30 days of month-end
• Minimum payout threshold of $50
• Chargebacks and refunds will be deducted from future commissions
• Tax responsibilities are the affiliate's obligation

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• All pending commissions will be paid according to normal schedule
• Access to affiliate materials and dashboard will be revoked
• Use of Glarify trademarks must cease immediately

Glarify grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for promoting our services. This license terminates upon ending the affiliate relationship.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email.
