Data Issues

No Data Showing

Symptoms: Empty dashboards, missing metrics

Solutions:

1. ✅ Check date range isn't too restrictive
2. ✅ Verify property is connected in Settings → Integrations
3. ✅ Wait 5-10 minutes after initial sync
4. ✅ Try manual refresh (click sync icon)
5. ✅ Check Google account permissions

Partial Data Missing

Symptoms: Some metrics show, others don't

Solutions:

1. ✅ Check if GSC and GA4 are both connected
2. ✅ Verify sufficient historical data exists
3. ✅ Some metrics require 48-72 hours to populate
4. ✅ GA4 data may lag behind GSC

Data Seems Wrong

Symptoms: Numbers don't match GSC/GA4

Solutions:

1. ✅ Check timezone settings match
2. ✅ Verify date ranges are identical
3. ✅ Remember GSC data is 2-3 days delayed
4. ✅ Some discrepancy is normal (different sampling)

Authentication Issues

Can't Sign In

Solutions:

1. ✅ Clear browser cookies for glarify.net
2. ✅ Try incognito/private mode
3. ✅ Disable browser extensions temporarily
4. ✅ Check popup blocker isn't blocking OAuth
5. ✅ Try different browser

Token Expired

Symptoms: "Authentication expired" or "Reconnect required"

Solutions:

1. ✅ Go to Settings → Integrations
2. ✅ Click "Reconnect Google Account"
3. ✅ Complete OAuth flow again
4. ✅ Wait 5 minutes for tokens to refresh

Wrong Google Account

Solutions:

1. ✅ Sign out of Glarify
2. ✅ Sign out of Google in browser
3. ✅ Sign into correct Google account
4. ✅ Then sign into Glarify

Performance Issues

Slow Loading

Solutions:

1. ✅ Reduce date range
2. ✅ Check internet connection
3. ✅ Clear browser cache
4. ✅ Try during off-peak hours

Page Not Responding

Solutions:

1. ✅ Refresh the page
2. ✅ Close other browser tabs
3. ✅ Check for browser updates
4. ✅ Disable heavy extensions
